Fantastic and calming. This was not something I had ever experienced before but now thanks to Kim's sessions I sleep much sounder and spiders are not the scare fest they used to be. I feel much better in stressful situations due to the focused talks and would reccomend her services to anyone.

Having completely fallen apart emotionally though 20 years of working 16+ hour days running a business I found I could no longer cope with even the simplest things. Panic attacks became a very regular occurrence. In short I was completely burnt out emotionally. I was put in touch with Kim and from our first meeting everything started to turned around. Through Kim’s therapy sessions and her advice on how to use the techniques she has given me I now fell Completely in tune with life. I can’t thank Kim enough for everything she has done for me. From where I was a few months ago to where I am now is a million miles away. I feel like Kim has pushed my reset button..

I was suffering with anxiety for some time, after a few sessions with Kim I was able to look at the world with a positive outlook rather than let the anxious part of my brain dominate my life. I came away feeling calm and ready for new challenges.

I was struggling with no REM sleep when I first consulted Kim. It was adding to the difficulties I was having coping physically and psychologically with a relatively recently diagnosed chronic condition: HSD. I slept better and felt better the very next day after my first session with Kim. Spending time with Kim is a tonic in its own right and I highly recommend her for anyone with depression, anxiety, sleep problems or chronic pain.
